Received the Actizeet Shilajit today and have only tried it once. AMAZING. I was afraid to take too much, so I stuck in a plastic toothpick and touched it to the very sticky resin. (Yes, it smells formidable— like my ground French Roast coffee got run over by scalding-hot tires on scalding-hot pavement.) I touched the toothpick underneath my tongue and the taste was much milder than the smell.
But the AMAZING part — I felt a change immediately. It was as if everything just cleared up—my energy became heightened, clearer, and more focused, with no jitters — and I felt my arms tingling with the rush of what I know to be healing energy, as that type of energy comes in thru the crown chakra and courses down the arms. Like my mind, my whole body felt clear as well.
